As-is after delivery

After confirmed delivery of credentials, the asset is provided as-is. Accs Gold is not liable for later platform actions, lost access caused by buyer changes, or business results from using the asset. The only limited remedy is the 48-hour replacement policy described in the Terms of Service, for delivery defects only.

Guarantees and exclusions

Within 48 hours and before any buyer modification, we warrant that delivered credentials work, that original email type matches the listing when OGE/PVA is specified, and that listed follower count is not subject to an immediate unexplained drop. We do not guarantee against suspension, ban, or other enforcement by the social network after delivery.

Independence from social platforms

Accs Gold is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Meta, Google, or ByteDance. Those names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the type of asset listed. Buyers must follow each platform’s terms of use.

Liability waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accs Gold and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account loss after the warranty window, lost profits, or platform penalties. Total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that unique asset.
