Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases of unique, single-quantity digital account assets on Accs Gold (accsgold.com). Each listing is a 1-of-1 item. Quantity is always 1. Once SOLD, the asset is not restocked.

1-of-1 digital account assets

You are buying access credentials and associated account control as described on the listing. You do not acquire any trademark, platform, or intellectual property rights of Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or related services. Delivery is complete when credentials are released after confirmed payment.

48-hour replacement policy

A replacement request must be submitted through Support with a valid Order ID within 48 hours of delivery, and only if you have not changed passwords, email, 2FA, profile data, or other account settings. Covered issues are:

• Invalid login credentials as delivered
• Invalid PVA / original email type versus the listing (for example OGE listed but not provided)
• Immediate login block existing at delivery, before any buyer modification
• Material follower drop versus the listed count, measured before buyer modification

If a covered claim is approved, Accs Gold will replace the asset with a comparable 1-of-1 listing or another remedy we determine. There is no cash refund except where we cannot replace a covered defect.

What is not guaranteed

Account suspension, ban, checkpoint, verification lock, or platform enforcement after delivery is not covered. We do not guarantee that a live account will remain unsuspended. Platform risk stays with the buyer after credentials are delivered.

Non-refundable conditions

The purchase is non-refundable if any of the following apply:

• You changed credentials, email, 2FA, or other account data after delivery
• The 48-hour replacement window has expired
• The claim is suspension, ban, or other platform action rather than a delivery defect
• You cannot provide the original delivered credentials for verification

Checkout and orders

Checkout reserves the unique asset (`PENDING_PAYMENT`) and creates an order. If payment is not completed, the reservation may expire and the asset can return to AVAILABLE. Payments are processed in USDT via NOWPayments.
